These terms govern your use of elitecontainersales.com, operated by Elite Containers, LLC ("Elite Containers," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to them.

1. Site information. Product descriptions, specifications, photos, and brochures are for general information. Because we build to order, dimensions, materials, colors, and features may vary. Final specifications are those stated in your written quote or order confirmation.

2. Quotes and orders. Prices are provided by quote. A quote is not an offer to sell until we confirm the order in writing. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. Prices, lead times, and availability may change due to steel costs and other factors. Any listed parts prices may change without notice. Each sale is governed by the written quote, invoice, or sales agreement for that order. Those documents control if they conflict with these terms.

3. Payment, delivery, and title. Payment terms, deposits, delivery charges, and delivery dates are stated in your quote or invoice. Delivery dates are estimates. Title passes on full payment. Risk of loss passes on delivery to you or your carrier.

4. Financing. Financing is offered by independent third parties, such as Ascentium Capital. Approval and terms are determined solely by the lender. Elite Containers is not a lender and does not guarantee approval.

5. Warranty. Any warranty is limited to the written warranty provided with your order. EXCEPT AS STATED IN THAT WRITTEN WARRANTY, THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

6. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Containers is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

7. Intellectual property. All site content, including text, photos, logos, drawings, and spec sheets, belongs to Elite Containers or its licensors. You may not copy or use it without our written permission, except to view and print it for your own evaluation of our products.

8. Acceptable use. Do not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or submit false or unlawful information.

9. Third-party links. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites linked from this site.

10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut.

11. Changes. We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version here.
